Is CarSchoolr really free?
Yes, 100% free. No hidden fees, no subscriptions, no premium plans.
What shows before I connect?
Just the match % (always sharp) and a verified badge if they've verified. Every personal detail stays blurred until there's a request between you.
Do I need to verify my school email?
It's not required, but we recommend it. Once you select your school you can browse and connect right away. Verifying your school email gives you a verified badge that shows families you attend the school, so they're more comfortable connecting with you.
How do I respond to a request?
Accept or decline from your dashboard, or directly from the email we send you.
Can I change my school later?
You can change it until you verify it. Once verified, your school locks. Email support if you really need it changed after that.
What if my school isn't supported yet?
Request it right in the app when picking your school during onboarding, or email support@carschoolr.org.
Is my information safe?
Your school email is never stored, only your verified status. You can delete your account and all your data anytime, we never sell your information, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
